Michal Trunkát

As the CEO of CRUXO, he builds on his experience from the vendor side as well as his extensive knowledge of the commercial aspects of the e-commerce segment.

Michal spent more than 10 years at Procter & Gamble. During his final 5 years at the company, he was the head of e-commerce for the Czech Republic and Slovakia, having succesfully led the business with companies such as Mall.cz, Alza.cz and Notino.

Given his experience and insight into e-commerce, he co-founded CRUXO together with Jan Galgonek to develop a new solution for the e-commerce market.

Jan Galgonek

Together with Michal Trunkát, he co-founded CRUXO where he acts as a co-investor and board member responsible for the strategic direction of the company. He brings to the table his many years of experience in digital marketing, data and tech.

In 2010, Jan founded the digital advertising agency Adexpres, which he successfully sold to the global media group Dentsu 6 years later. In early 2022 he, working with the investment groups KKCG and Rockaway, formed the consultancy group Mind2FLO specialized in media and marketing tech.

Following a series of many other successful projects, Jan co-founded the global VR studio DIVR Labs which specializes in the production of free-roam immersive adventure games in virtual reality.

Matěj Novák

At CRUXO, where he brings his knowledge of tech and digital advertising sales to the table, he acts as the CTO and board member for strategic decision-making and development. He is also responsible for the product, technologies and yield management.

Matěj, with over 15 years of experience behind his belt, is one of the leading experts on ad tech and yield management in the Czech Republic.

For 7 years, he was the head of Czech Publisher Exchange, an association that provides programmatic advertising capability for leading Czech media houses.

Petr Pavlík

He is an investor and board member for strategic decision-making, sales and development of CRUXO, building on his comprehensive knowledge of the retail environment and e-commerce.

Petr has over 25 years of experience in both local and international FMCG business from both the vendor, as well as the retailer side.

He acted as managing director in companies such as Procter & Gamble, Reckitt Benckiser and Stock Spirits Group. In retail, he has gained extensive experience holding management positions at Ahold Delhaize Czech and Rohlík.cz.
